You may request to return items by sending an email to support@splitkb.com along with your order number. Returns are allowed within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the package.
Please mind that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned items.
As long as your return request was sent within 14 calendar days of you receiving the order, your order will stay eligible for return. We do our best to process requests in a timely manner, they are usually processed within 5 working days.
A proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Usually, we can look this up using your order number or email address and you will not need to provide this. If we're unable to locate your order details, we may request more information.

Shipping costs within Europe usually vary between €7 and €20 depending on your location and the size and weight of your package. For international rates, please consult your local post office.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When returning a package from outside of the European Union, in order to avoid customs fees, please clearly indicate on the shipping label that it is a returned package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and unmodified. When possible, it must be in the original packaging. Please disassemble any items you have assembled prior to returning your items.
We are unable to accept soldered, dirty or modified items.
Some items need to be unpackaged or assembled before you can assess whether you'd like to keep it. Please do disassemble any items back into their original form, and please reuse the original packaging if possible.
If items are damaged (such as dented or scratched), your item may be refunded partially as a result.
If an item got damaged during shipping, we can send a replacement or issue a refund. Ideally, if your parcel was damaged, take a photo prior to opening it, and send it to support@splitkb.com along with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order, it depends on the reason what we're able to do.
If we made a mistake in the shipping label, or if the shipping carrier made a mistake, we can reship your order to the original shipping address.
If you made a mistake in your address, we can reship your order to a new shipping address. We may charge you for these new shipping costs. You will not be charged for any return shipping costs.
If you rejected the order during customs clearance (for countries outside of the European Union), only the items in your order will be refunded. We will deduct from your refund any return shipping costs, shipping and handling fees and payment processing fees we incurred to receive your returned order.
If you returned all items in your order, we will refund the value of all items as well as the shipping costs to your shipping address.
If you returned some items in your order, we will refund the value of all items.
If you return assembled, modified or damaged items, we may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund. Please do disassemble any items you have assembled prior to returning your items. Any soldered or modified items are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to withhold up to 3.5% of the refund value in payment and processing fees, depending on the payment method used, because payment fees are not refunded to us by the payment provider.

After we receive your items, it can take up to five working days for us to process the items. You'll then receive an email stating the refund amount.
After you receive the email, the refunded amount is automatically returned to your original method of payment within 3 work days, though usually faster.
First check your original payment method such as your bank, credit card or PayPal. It can take time before a refund is processed, usually up to 3 work days.

The price of an item may change over time, for example because of a promotion or a price adjustment.
Refunds for price adjustments and promotions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We do not price-match with other retailers.
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please respond to your order confirmation or shipping email, or send an email to support@splitkb.com and mention your order number. We'll be able to help you get your product up and running.
